ORIENTAL GRILLED CHICKEN

1/2 cup fresh orange juice
4 green onions, minced
2 teaspoons ginger root, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon chili oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 large chicken breast halves, pounded to even thickness

Combine first 7 ingredients, mix well.

Place chicken in marinade and store in refrigerator until ready to grill.

Bring chicken back to room temperature and grill until done. YIELD: 4 servings
